Fund Expense Claim

Where reasonable, Australian Communities Foundation allows Funds to pay or reimburse costs in alignment with the purpose of the Fund. These are paid every fourth Wednesday, in accordance with this calendar.

If you need to claim more than three expenses, please fill out a separate form.

3. Acknowledgement

The expenses incurred have a direct correlation to the administration of my Fund
All required documentation to facilitate payment has been provided, and is true and correct
The claim is reasonable, in accordance with the Named Fund Expenses and Reimbursements Policy
The Trustee reserves the right to decline the request should expenses be deemed unreasonable
The team will contact me if there are any issues with approval of my claim. Otherwise my claim will be paid in accordance with the payment schedule.
